Welcome to FoodKhani — I’m Arthur Pendelton, and I’m so glad you’re here.

My love for cooking started in a small home kitchen, where the smell of fresh spices and the sound of a sizzling pan meant family, comfort, and togetherness. Like many home cooks, I learned by watching, tasting, and experimenting — turning everyday ingredients into meals that bring people to the table.
Why I Started FoodKhani
I started FoodKhani because I believe great cooking shouldn’t be intimidating. Too many recipes online are untested, vague, or written for professional chefs. I wanted to create a place where real home cooks — busy parents, beginners, and curious food lovers — could find recipes that actually work in a real kitchen.
What You’ll Find Here
Tested recipes. Every recipe is cooked and tested in a real home kitchen before it’s published. If a step is tricky, I’ll tell you. If an ingredient can be swapped, I’ll say so.
Honest guides. From 15-minute weeknight meals to beginner baking and air fryer tips, our kitchen guides are practical, jargon-free, and written from experience — not copied from a textbook.
Real talk about results. I share what works, what doesn’t, and why — so you can cook with confidence.
Our Publishing Standards
We hold ourselves to high standards: every recipe is tested at least once (usually more), measurements are given in clear units, and we never publish a recipe we wouldn’t proudly serve to our own family. When we recommend a tool or ingredient, it’s because we’ve used it ourselves.
Thank you for being part of the FoodKhani community. Now let’s get cooking!
